By purchasing or using a QuickOrder.my service, you agree to these terms.

Services

QuickOrder.my is operated by 2D2M PLT and provides digital storefront, ordering, order-management and related support services. Features may be improved or changed over time.

Free trial and promotions

Promotional free access may be offered to eligible new merchants. Eligible merchants may receive welcome promotional credit as shown on the pricing page and in their wallet. Only days while the storefront is active are counted. The specific entitlement shown during registration or in the merchant admin determines the merchant’s actual entitlement.

Pay-as-you-use access

Under the prepaid usage model, merchants may reload store credit. After any applicable promotional credit, the current published daily charge applies to each 24-hour live window. A merchant may pause and resume during an already-paid window without a second charge. Once that window expires, a paused storefront does not start another charge, and unused paid balance remains available for later use while the account remains available. Promotional reload bonuses, where offered, are not cash and are subject to the promotion terms shown at purchase.

Monthly and annual access

Merchants may alternatively purchase the published monthly or annual plan for a fixed access period. Current prices are shown on the Services & Pricing page before purchase.

Free access

When paid access ends without a renewed wallet session, an open store continues on the Free plan with the current product and variant limits. Extra catalogue records remain saved. Wallet credit remains separate from subscription periods.

Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their business information, products, pricing, policies, customer communications and documents supplied through the platform.

Payment gateway services

Where merchants later choose an integrated payment gateway, approval, transaction acceptance, settlement, chargebacks and payment-method availability remain subject to the relevant gateway provider.

Acceptable use

QuickOrder may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or prohibited goods or services. We may suspend access where necessary to protect customers, the platform or service providers.
