How we handle information

2D2M PLT operates QuickOrder.my. We collect information reasonably required to provide storefront, account, order-management, support and application-assistance services.

Information we may collect

• Business and contact information supplied during registration or support.
• Order and transaction-related information processed through QuickOrder.
• Documents voluntarily uploaded for payment-gateway application assistance.
• Technical information required for security, reliability and service operation.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested services, administer accounts, communicate service notices, process applications, prevent abuse and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Where you request a third-party service such as a payment-gateway application, relevant information and supporting documents may be shared with that provider for application processing and support.

Delivery and remembered details

Delivery orders include recipient contact details and an address, which the merchant uses to arrange delivery and may share with their chosen delivery provider. Merchants can view their own customer order history. If you select “Remember my details on this device”, your name, phone and address are saved in this browser for that merchant. This is optional and can be removed using “Clear saved details” or your browser storage controls. Leave this option unchecked on shared devices.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and administrative controls to protect information. Sensitive application documents are intended to be accessible only to authorised users and service administrators. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the service, legal obligations and dispute handling.
