Full access currently supports up to 12 products × 3 variants. All amounts shown in Malaysian ringgit (RM). Welcome credit is measured by paid opening sessions, not necessarily consecutive calendar days; eligibility and available credit are shown in your account.
How wallet billing works
Each opening session lasts 24 hours. Pausing and reopening within the same session does not trigger another charge, and does not extend the session. Your next open session may use available wallet credit.
Current top-up examples: RM30.00 payment adds RM30.00 credit; RM90.00 payment adds RM100.00 credit. Available bonuses and offers are confirmed in your account before payment.
When full access ends, your store can continue using the Free tier (up to 5 products × 3 variants). Other products remain saved for later. Full-access renewals depend on your wallet settings and funds.
Payment and fulfilment information
Wallet top-ups and passes activate after payment verification. Bank-transfer or DuitNow payment proof can be submitted from Wallet & plans. Existing purchased periods and wallet balances are preserved when prices change.
QuickOrder provides merchant storefront and ordering tools. Each merchant is responsible for customer product payments and fulfilment. QuickOrder plan purchases are digital services, not deliveries of physical goods.
